AccessPoint is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant. This position is for a new company so there is room for growth and opportunity! Job duties will include mailing, handling expense reports,  organization of travel for visitors and sales staff.   Some light accounting support like entering bills,  mailing payments, and invoicing. This person will also be responsible for organizing promotional goods and samples. We are looking for a self starter, someone who is reliable, has a good attitude and can be someone for our client to lean on. 2 years experience prefered. AccessPoint does offer major medical insurance as well as vision and dental. This is a trial hire position and our client offers great benefits upon hire.
